Our Services

Sports Injuries: Sprains, Fractures, Tendinitis

Foot and ankle injuries account for nearly one third

of all running injuries and are

frequently seen in sports that involve jumping, cutting,

and quick direction changes.

We specialize in diagnosing and treating the full spectrum of sports related foot and ankle

conditions so you can get back on your feet safely and confidently.

Flat Feet & Pediatric Foot Concerns

As a parent, you watch every step your child takes. From those first wobbly toddler paces to running around the playground. If you have noticed that your child’s feet look completely flat when they stand, it is completely natural to wonder if you should be concerned.

The good news? In many cases, flat feet are just a normal part of growing up. However, when flat feet cause pain or affect how your child plays, we are here to help keep them moving happily and comfortably.

Arthritis, Gout, and Joint Pain

Every single step you take requires a complex network of bones and joints working together. In fact, your feet contain a quarter of all the bones in your body! With 33 joints in each foot, it is no surprise that wear and tear can take a heavy toll.

You don't have to live with discomfort if stiff or aching feet are making it hard to enjoy your daily walk, get out of bed, or even wear your favorite shoes. We specialize in diagnosing and treating the root causes of foot and ankle joint pain so you can move freely again.

Neuromas & Nerve Disorders

Have you ever felt a sharp, shooting pain in the ball of your foot, or a sensation like your sock is awkwardly bunched up under your toes, even when you’re barefoot?

Foot pain isn't always about bones and muscles. Often, the culprit is an irritated, pinched, or inflamed nerve.

Nerve conditions in the feet can be incredibly frustrating because they can cause everything from shooting pains to complete numbness. If nerve discomfort is making you dread putting on shoes or taking a walk, we are here to help calm those nerves and restore your comfort.

Heel Pain (Plantar Fasciitis)

You are not alone if your first few steps out of bed in the morning feel like stepping on a sharp pebble or a knife. Heel pain is one of the most common reasons patients visit our clinic, and more often than not, a condition called plantar fasciitis is the culprit.

The good news? You don't have to just "live with it." We are here to help you get back to walking, running, and living pain-free.

Bunions & Hammertoes

Do you find yourself hesitating to wear open-toed shoes, or struggling to find a pair of sneakers that doesn’t painfully pinch the sides or tops of your toes? If so, you might be dealing with a bunion or a hammertoe.

These common toe deformities can be both painful and frustrating, often making simple activities like walking or standing a challenge. The most important thing to know is that you do not have to just "live with it," and you don't have to be embarrassed. We specialize in treating these conditions with a focus on relieving your pain, improving your foot function, and getting you back into comfortable footwear.

Ingrown Toenails & Nail Disorders

If you’ve ever winced in pain just from your bedsheet resting on your big toe, or if you find yourself hiding your feet at the pool because of thick, discolored nails, you are not alone. Toenail issues are incredibly common, but because they can look unappealing or cause intense throbbing pain, many people delay getting help.

There is no reason to suffer through the pain or feel self-conscious about your feet. Whether you are dealing with a piercing ingrown nail or a stubborn nail infection, we provide evidence based treatments to get your nails looking and feeling healthy again.

Diabetic & Ulcer Prevention

If you or a loved one is living with diabetes, you have likely heard that taking care of your feet is incredibly important. But you might wonder: Why do a podiatrist and diabetes go hand-in-hand?

Diabetes affects your body’s circulation and nervous system, making your feet uniquely vulnerable to injuries and infections. At our practice, we don't just treat foot problems after they happen—our primary goal is proactive prevention. We partner with you to protect your feet, prevent serious complications like ulcers, and keep you moving safely and confidently.

Wound Care

When it comes to the feet and ankles, wounds require specialized, attentive care. Because your feet are farthest from your heart, they naturally receive less blood flow, which can slow down the body's natural healing process. Patient's may also have decreased sensation to the feet which delays detection and treatment.

At our practice, we use evidence based wound care techniques to accelerate healing, prevent dangerous infections, and get you back on your feet safely.
